He has served as Ex-Chairman of Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council of India; Ex-President of Indian Drugs Manufacturers' Association (IDMA), Ex-Vice President (North) of Bulk Drugs Manufacturers Association, Ex-Member of Board of Trade (BOT) - Ministry of Commerce & Industry Ex-Member of Board of Governors of National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and 研究 (NIPER).

Mr. Sahil聊蒙贾尔 is “Strategic Business Unit Head” of group’s collaboration for manufacturing of formulation dosages of global quality standards.
Mr. Munjal is a computer engineer, and apart operations of SBU, he is taking care of all IT infrastructure, 自动化, data-security and modernization of organization by deploying high-end IT technologies.

An accomplished business leader with extensive experience in both domestic and international pharmaceutical framework. Mr Deshmukh is leading Ind-Swift’s transformation journey and has been successfully driving the group through series of expansion strategies.
Mr. Sunil Deshmukh is providing the overall strategic direction to the organization from top terminal and directly leading the strategic investments in new products, markets and technologies to always keep the organization at a competitive advantage for attaining its targeted objectives.
His charismatic style of leadership and sharp focus of technical competencies is helping the group to establish itself as a leading bulk drug manufacturer of India. In a career spanning 36+ years, Mr. Sunil Deshmukh has been working as an outstanding people manager. He has a unique style of management that is a blend of enthusiasm and proactiveness. Mr. Deshmukh is MSC from Bhopal University in Organic 化学.

Mr Singla brings along Profound Industrial experience of 20+ years. Mr. Singla has been conferred with National Energy Conservation Award in Chemical sector for three consecutive years (2004 – 2007) from President of India – Mr. Pranab Mukherjee which is a significant milestone in his career.
